Sustainable Agricultural Intervention Network & Terminal (SAINT)

SAINT aims to revolutionize agricultural practices in local communities by promoting sustainable farming methods and supporting smallholder farmers or farming families to sustainably transit from subsistence to commercial production. The SAINT program – tagged the poverty exit program enables smallholder farmers to gain access to development assistance (access to farm inputs, finance, insurance, knowledge and technology transfer, and markets). Through SAINT, we're fostering food security, enhancing agricultural productivity, and empowering farmers to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. SAINT features the Rural Agricultural Intervention & Logistics (RAIL) Hub, the Farm Input Guarantee Supply Scheme (FIGSS), Easy Farming App, proxy-farming app, virtual interaction and transaction app, SAINT leger, and the Family Life Improvement Program (FLIP). To pilot the SAINT Program G774 is implementing the Urban Agricultural (UrbanA) and Community Climate Smart Sustainable Agriculture (CSSA) Projects. These intervention projects will complement the efforts of the government and development partners.

The Grassroots Linkage, Matchmaking & Partnership Program is a digital platform that connects grassroots communities, businesses, and organizations with global opportunities for sustainable development. This innovative program:

By documenting community strengths, the program links grassroots stakeholders with:

- Off-takers

- Impact investors

- Low-interest financing

A key feature is the Knowledge and Technology Transfer (KTT) Window, which drives value addition, trade and industrialization, creating much-needed employment and balancing trade deficits.

Our mission is to enable access to clean, affordable, and reliable energy, reducing carbon emissions, catalyzing economic growth, and empowering communities. This initiative, the Energy Revolution (E-Revolt), addresses the severe energy deficits hindering development and perpetuating poverty.

Wealth from Waste World (W3)

W3 is a pioneering initiative tackling Nigeria's waste management challenges while promoting a circular economy in Local Government Areas. By transforming waste into valuable resources, W3 creates jobs, promotes environmental sustainability, and drives grassroots economic growth.

In partnership with local communities through G774, W3 emphasizes the 5Rs: reduce, reuse, repurpose, refurbish, and recycle. This initiative reshapes waste perceptions from problems to opportunities, unlocking untapped potential, generating wealth, and building a greener future.

W3 goes beyond waste management, empowering communities through education, collaboration, and innovation. It aims to reduce environmental degradation and set a benchmark for circular economy practices in Africa.

Commodity Trade: Empowering Farmers Through Market Access

Our nationwide network spanning 774 Local Government Areas in Nigeria connects farmers to local and international markets. We bridge the producer-buyer gap, enabling fair and profitable trade opportunities.

At the heart of this initiative is a transparent brokerage service portal, providing:

This platform supports farmers in securing better value and prices, fostering trust and accountability within the trading ecosystem. Additional features include:

Local Development Agents Network: On-Ground Support

A nationwide network of trained Local Development Agents (LDAs) provides critical on-ground support to local government authorities, businesses, and communities. LDAs facilitate access to development assistance, fostering inclusive and sustainable growth.

Key Roles:

1. Development Assistance: LDAs support local stakeholders in identifying, accessing, and managing development funding, technical assistance, and investment opportunities.

2. Data Revolution Program: LDAs drive the Data Revolution Program by:

- Implementing and managing data capture, baseline surveys, needs assessments, and user research

- Assisting local authorities, businesses, and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in onboarding the digital matchmaking platform

3. Capacity Building: LDAs build capacity among local stakeholders through training, mentorship, and technical assistance, enhancing their ability to drive development initiatives.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: LDAs facilitate collaboration among local government authorities, businesses, CBOs, and communities, ensuring inclusive decision-making and collective action.

By bridging the gap between local stakeholders and development opportunities, LDAs play a vital role in unlocking sustainable growth, poverty reduction, and improved livelihoods across Nigeria.
